Christmas is Coming!!!!!!

I have these left for sale from our vendor sale the end of October. These make awesome gifts for that someone you love and for those that have just about everything! The smaller ones make a great addition to a shelf, bookcase, desktop, end table etc...... I do have one blue LOVE available to switch out the pink if anyone is interested for that new baby!!!!! Senior Photographer - Burlington, Iowa - Sneak Peek

I was totally impressed with this senior. This gorgeous guy has a goal and knows exactly what he wants. After feeling a stab in my heart for his mom....I am so excited for him and the path he has chosen. As of June he will be leaving to join the US Marines! I had a blast on this shoot as we borrowed some props and his recruiter was there so I got to learn a heck of a lot about the marines. It was very interesting. I am so glad I had the opportunity to shoot this session, I LOVE how it turned out. The best of luck to you! I hope you enjoy!

Catching up

Just wanted to update on some of what has been fun besides WORK.....Nick got married in September, we enjoyed a few eves out on the patio with sparklers before it got too cold, Mar and I have been going to Kindermusic every week, we finished our living room floors, had Trivia Night for the JA fundraiser at work, toasted Carrie turning 30, had a shopping party at Tams... Had a couple trips.... Chicago and Arkansas.... those will be separate posts. I am just amazed at how the summer just flew by. I feel like I can't keep up.

That 80s Party....

turned out fun!!!!! I had forgotten some of the "REALLY COOL" stuff we used to do in the 80s.... Fun to reminisce and see how ridiculous we used to look.... ha ha. we loved those layered socks, tight rolled jeans, safety pins with beads, ripped jeans with spandex, mall bangs, arms full of swatches.......ahhhh the good ol' days......And of course we were reminded how well Tam knows the 80s as she answered every question to our 80s pop up video game in 2.2 seconds.....

School Pictures

Wow. Can't believe N is in 7th grade already. Time sure flies. I just can't bring myself to purchase the ugly school photos they do at every school in the US, so every year, we do our own. Love to look at these on my walls much better!!!!!

The 80s

Not sure what I am getting myself into this eve Rockin the 80s...... but I sure hope we have fun and that I don't break an ankle...... stay tuned for what I am sure are going to have to be the best pictures ever..... you just can't go wrong with Black eyeliner.

Night Out

So this was our night out with the boys. We went to dinner and then attempted to go to a wine tasting place, that ended up being closed.... uuggghhh. very mean of them..... but I guess things happen for a reason, cause we had a blast.

Anyway, Kelly wanted one good picture of her and Randy, so we all decided to sit for a picture with our men..... apparently Randy does not "DO" pictures, so he didn't stop for his and Kelly's. Poor Kelly.
